FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How do I create an account? A: Open the app, tap "Register" on the login screen, fill in your name, email, phone number, and business details, then submit. You will receive a confirmation once your account is approved.

Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it? A: On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password", enter your registered email address, and follow the OTP verification steps to set a new password.

Q: How do I place an order? A: Browse products from the home screen or search for specific items. Add products to your cart, review your cart, and proceed to checkout to place your order.

Q: How do I view my invoices? A: Go to Profile → My Invoices to view all your past invoices. You can also download invoices as PDF directly from the app.

Q: How do I track my order status? A: Go to Profile → My Orders to see the current status of all your orders including placed, processing, shipped, and delivered.

Q: Why is a product showing as out of stock? A: Stock availability is updated in real time. If a product is out of stock, please check back later or contact your sales representative.

Q: How do I update my delivery address? A: Go to Profile → Edit Profile to update your delivery address. You can also use the location button to auto-fill your current address.

Q: How do I add a product to my wishlist? A: On any product card or product detail page, tap the heart icon to save it to your wishlist. Access your wishlist from Profile → Wishlist.

Q: The app is not loading products. What should I do? A: Please check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, close the app completely and reopen it. If it still does not work, contact us at the email below.

Q: How do I enable or disable push notifications? A: Go to your iPhone Settings → Distributor App → Notifications and toggle notifications on or off as preferred.

Q: How do I delete my account? A: To request account deletion, please email us at rektech.uk@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and your registered email address. We will process your request within 7 business days.
